To strengthen the management of Drug distribution License，According to relevant provisions of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China，The Drug Distribution License of Zhongjian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Beijing Bohui Chuangzhi Technology Development Co., Ltd. expires and the Drug Distribution License is not renewed;Beijing Shougang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. took the initiative to cancel the Drug Trading License in accordance with the law.。According to Article 26 of the Measures for the Administration of Drug Distribution Licenses, the above three enterprises should be cancelled。
After investigation, Zhongjian Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., Beijing Bohui Chuangzhi Technology Development Co., LTD., and Beijing Shougang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. meet the conditions for cancellation and are cancelled (see the attached table for details).。It is hereby announced in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Measures for the Administration of Drug Distribution Licenses。
